This week Cetis staff are supporting Open Education Week by publishing a series of blog posts about open education activities. Over the last few years Cetis staff have published widely on open education particularly OERs (Open Educational Resources) and MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses).

In the first post this week Brian Kelly considers Open education and the uptake of Wikipedia in UK universities and colleges.

As the week progresses look out for posts on learning outcomes, open source communities and MOOCs.
